护理干预对针刀镜治疗膝骨关节炎疾病应对方式及疼痛影响

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Acupotomy

目的观察护理干预对针刀镜治疗膝骨关节炎疾病应对方式及疼痛影响分析。方法将2018年12月-2020年6月在我院收治74例拟行针刀镜下治疗膝骨关节炎的患者,以随机数字表法进行分组每组各37例患者,其中37例患者以常规护理干预为对照组,另37例患者以综合性的护理干预为研究组。比较两组患者的护理前、后患者对疾病的应对方式,并比较护理前、后的疼痛评分及住院时间。结果两组患者在护理前对疾病的应对方式Jalowies评分相比,差异无意义(P>0.05)。护理后面对、乐观、情感宣泄、依靠自我等相对积极的应对方式的评分明显升高,研究组高于对照组,而逃避、宿命、姑息、寻求支持等相对消极的应对评分降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者NRS评分较护理前下降,研究组高于对照组,且住院时间短于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论在针刀镜治疗膝骨关节炎的护理中,实施以综合性的护理干预,可较为明显地改变患者对疾病的应对方式,从消极转变成更积极的态度,减少疼痛,缩短住院时间,效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Acupotomy.Methods 74 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,37 patients in each group,37 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 37 patients in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The scores of knee joint before and after nursing were compared between the two groups to clarify the nursing effect,and the pain scores and hospitalization time before and after nursing were compared.Results The knee injury and osteoarthritis score(KOOS)and Japan orthopaedic association scores(JOA)scores were not significant in the knee joint related score before nursing.The scores of the subjects were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference(P>0.05)was not significant in the NRS scores of the two groups.The NRS score of the two groups decreased compared with that before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Acupotomy,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the knee function of patients,reduce pain,improve the nursing effect,shorten the hospitalization time,and the effect is ideal.
