血液透析滤过治疗高龄慢性肾功能衰竭的护理方法与效果探讨

Discussion on the Nursing Methods and Effects of Hemodiafiltration in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的分析高龄慢性肾功能衰竭接受血液透析滤过治疗过程中的护理方法与效果。方法将近一年(2020年1月-2021年1月)我院实施血液透析滤过治疗的30例高龄慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为综合护理组(15例,实施综合护理干预)和常规护理组(15例,实施常规护理干预),对两组患者的病情缓解时间、护理满意度、病情缓解率以及护理前后的焦虑程度和抑郁程度、生活质量评分(评价指标包括社会功能、生理功能、睡眠质量、情感功能)进行对比分析。结果在病情缓解率方面综合护理组(病情缓解率为100.00%)与常规护理组(病情缓解率为93.33%)比较无明显差异(P>0.05);平均病情缓解时间方面比较综合护理组明显短于常规护理组(P<0.05);综合护理组护理满意度(100.00%)明显高于常规护理组(66.67%)(P<0.05);护理前两组患者焦虑程度和抑郁程度、生活质量评分(评价指标包括社会功能、生理功能、睡眠质量、情感功能)比较无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后均出现了显著改善(P<0.05),且综合护理组改善更优(P<0.05)。结论血液透析滤过治疗高龄慢性肾功能衰竭过程中配合以综合护理疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of elderly patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis and filtration treatment.Methods Nearly one year(January 2020 to January 2021)30 elderly patients with chronic renal failure who were treated by hemodiafiltration in our hospital were divided into comprehensive nursing group(15 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention)and routine nursing group(15 cases,implementation of conventional nursing intervention),the time of remission,nursing satisfaction,remission rate,anxiety and depression before and after nursing,and quality of life scores for the two groups of patients(evaluation indicators include social function,physiological function,sleep quality,emotional function)for comparative analysis.Results There was no significant difference between the comprehensive nursing group(remission rate of 100.00%)and the routine nursing group(remission rate of 93.33%)in terms of remission rate(P>0.05).The average remission time was more obvious than that of the comprehensive nursing group shorter than the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The anxiety,depression,and quality of life scores of the two groups before nursing(evaluation indicators include social function,physiological function,sleep quality,emotional function)there is no significant difference(P>0.05),and there is a significant improvement after nursing(P<0.05),and the improvement in the comprehensive nursing group is better(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodiafiltration treatment of chronic renal failure in elderly patients with comprehensive nursing has a significant effect.
