强化母乳喂养管理对剖宫产初产妇早期泌乳和角色转变时间的影响

Influence of Strengthened Breast-feeding Management on the Early Lactation and Role Transition Time for Cesarean Section Primiparas

目的研究强化母乳喂养管理对剖宫产初产妇早期泌乳和角色转变时间的影响。方法选择我院2019年1月-2020年1月治疗的50例剖宫产初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组均25例,对照组实施常规母乳护理,研究组实施强化母乳喂养管理,观察两组患者SAS、SDS评分、角色适应情况及早期泌乳情况、BSES评分。结果生产前两组患者SAS、SDS评分无差异,两组患者第1d泌乳量均无差异,干预前两组BSES评分无差异(P>0.05),出院时研究组评分低于对照组,研究组角色适应情况、泌乳始动时间、第1d泌乳量均优于对照组,干预一周、出院时BSES评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于剖宫产初产妇可实施强化母乳喂养管理,可增加早期泌乳量,缩短角色转变时间,使得母乳喂养成功,值得应用。

Objective To study the influence of strengthened breast-feeding management on the early lactation and role transition time for Cesarean section primiparas.Methods 50 primiparas of undergoing Cesarean section from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital were investigated and randomly assigned to two groups,25 cases in each group.The control group received the conventional breastfeeding care;the research group received the strengthened breast-feeding management.SAS(self-rating anxiety scale)and SDS(self-rating depression scale)scores,role adaption and early lactation conditions were observed,BSEs score.Results SAS and SDS scores before delivery as well as first-day lactation yields between groups were not significantly different,There was no difference in BSEs score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);upon discharge from hospital,SAS and SDS scores in the research group were lower than control group;the role adaption and lactation start time,and first-day lactation yields in the research group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The strengthened breast-feeding management can increase the early lactation yields and breast-feeding rate,and shorten the role transition time.Improve breastfeeding score,It is worthy of application.
