复方甲氧那明胶囊联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule Combined with Hanchuanzupa Granule in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究分析复方甲氧那明胶囊联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效及其治疗方式的应用价值。方法抽取2019年1月-2020年12月于我院接受治疗的53例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为观察对象纳入研究,依据治疗方式不同将其划分为对照组和观察组,对照组26例患者,观察组27例患者。其中,对照组患者采取复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗;观察组患者采取复方甲氧那明胶囊联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果①观察组患者经过治疗后,其疗效经评判统计普遍优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率为92.59%,高于对照组的80.77%;②经过治疗后,观察组患者的呼吸困难程度改善情况优于对照组;③两组患者经过治疗,其生活质量均较治疗前有所改善,但观察组患者经过生存质量(CAT)量表的问卷调查,其评分低于对照组。以上数据经对比均显示有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方甲氧那明胶囊联合寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病可以发挥出显著作用,有助于患者及时稳定临床症状,减轻或消除呼吸困难的状态,预后较好。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule combined with Hanchuanzupa Granule in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Fifty-three patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects and included in the study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.There were 26 patients in the control group and 27 patients in the observation group.Among them,the patients in the control group were treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule.The patients in the observation group were treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule combined with Hanchuanzupa Granule.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results①After treatment,the efficacy of patients in the observation group was generally better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment was 92.59%,which was higher than 80.77%of the control group.②After treatment,the observation group was treated.The improvement in the degree of dyspnea of the patients in the group was better than that of the control group.③After treatment,the quality of life of the two groups of patients was improved compared to before treatment,but the observation group passed the questionnaire of the quality of life(CAT)scale survey,its score is lower than the control group.The above data is statistically significant after comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsule capsule combined with Hanchuanzupa Granule can play a significant role in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,help patients stabilize clinical symptoms in time,reduce or eliminate dyspnea,and have a good prognosis.
