骨化三醇联合氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效研究

Effect of Calcitriol Combined with Glucosamine on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察骨化三醇联合氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法以我院2020年9月-2021年3月收治的90例KOA门诊患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各45例,对照组给予氨基葡萄糖治疗,实验组在此基础上联合骨化三醇治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周评估患者的骨密度、C反应蛋白(CRP)、膝关节功能[特种外科医院评分(HSS)]。结果治疗4周和8周时,两组患者的骨密度较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),且实验组患者骨密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CRP水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且实验组CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组HSS评分较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),且实验组HSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合骨化三醇治疗KOA较单独使用氨基葡萄糖治疗,联合治疗能提高患者骨密度,加强炎症抑制,对轻度、中度KOA患者膝关节功能改善效果较好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of calcitriol combined with glucosamine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 90 koa outpatients in our hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucosamine.On this basis,the experimental group was combined with calcitriol.The bone mineral density,C-reactive protein(CRP)and knee function were evaluated before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively[Special Surgery Hospital score(HSS)].Results At 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the bone mineral density of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the bone mineral density of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the CRP level of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the CRP level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the HSS score of the two groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05)The HSS score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with glucosamine alone,the combined treatment can improve the bone mineral density,strengthen the inhibition of inflammation and improve the knee function of patients with mild and moderate KOA.
