不同牙根处理方法用于全脱位年轻恒牙延迟再植的临床研究

摘要 目的探究不同牙根处理方法用于全脱位年轻恒牙延迟再植的临床价值。方法收集2016年12月-2020年5月于诊治的因外伤致上前牙全脱位的患儿86例(94颗),按照牙根不同处理方式分两组,对照组与研究组,每组各43例(47颗)。对照组实施常规牙根处理方案,研究组则使用乳牙牙髓干细胞聚合体(stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth,SHED),比对两组再植成功率、牙髓活力及探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)。结果治疗后研究组再植成功率、牙髓活力正常比率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组PD及PLI水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全脱位年轻恒牙延迟再植预先使用乳牙牙髓干细胞聚合体行牙根处理,可显著提升再植成功率,提升牙髓活力,避免炎症发生,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of different root treatment methods for delayed replantation of young permanent teeth with total dislocation.Methods A total of 86 children(94)with total dislocation of anterior teeth caused by trauma were collected from December 2016 to May 2020.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,control group and research group,with 43 cases(47)in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root treatment,while the research group was treated with primary dental pulp stem cell polymer(SHED)to compare the success rate of replantation,dental pulp viability,probing depth(PD)and plaque index(PLI)between the two groups.Results The success rate of replantation and the normal rate of pulp activity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PD and PLI in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-treatment with dental pulp stem cell polymer of primary teeth for delayed replantation of young permanent teeth with total dislocation can significantly improve the success rate of replantation,enhance the vitality of dental pulp and avoid inflammation,which is worthy of promotion.
