摘要
目的探究精神分裂症患者性激素水平与简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分的相关性。方法选取我院2019年2月-2021年2月间收治的精神分裂症患者72例,均给予第二代抗精神病药氯氮平治疗6周,采用Pearson分析患者的性激素水平与BPRS的相关性。结果男性患者雌二醇水平与BPRS总分各项因子评分呈负相关(P<0.05),泌乳素水平与BPRS总分及各项因子呈正相关(P<0.05);女性患者睾酮、雌二醇水平与BPRS总分及各项因子评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者性激素水平存在异常变化,与BPRS存在一定的相关性,但尚不足以将性激素水平异常变化作为诊断该病的严重程度。
Objective To explore the correlation between sex hormone level and BPRS scores in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Seventy-two schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.All patients were treated with the second generation antipsychotic clozapine for 6 weeks.The correlation between sex hormone levels and BPRS was analyzed by Pearson.Results In male patients,estradiol level was negatively correlated with BPRS score and various factors(P<0.05),while prolactin level was positively correlated with BPRS score and various factors(P<0.05).The levels of testosterone and estradiol in female patients were negatively correlated with the total score of BPRS and the scores of various factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The abnormal changes of sex hormone levels in patients with schizophrenia are correlated with BPRS to some extent,but it is not enough to be considered as the severity of diagnosis of the disease.
