乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生的疗效观察及护理研究

Clinical Observation and Nnursing Research of Mammary Gland Treatment Instrument in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

目的观察乳腺治疗仪治疗乳腺增生的疗效观察及护理研究分析。方法将在我院(2019年1~6月)就诊并接受治疗的60例患者,采取以随机数字表法进行分组每组各30例患者,其中30例患者接受常规治疗及护理为对照组,另30例患者则接受在对照组基础之上配合乳腺治疗仪治疗及相对应得护理为研究组。比较两组患者的治护效果,并评价在治护后症状缓解时间、并发症发生情况及患者对治护的满意率,并统计在治护前、后的负性情绪及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者在治护后获得96.67%的总有效率较对照组相比更高(P<0.05)。研究组患者在治护后症状缓解时间较对照组明显缩短,且其并发症发生率较对照组明显降低,并获得较高的护理满意率评分(P<0.05)。在治护后的负性情绪评分较治护前有着明显的减少,研究组与对照组相比评分更低,而生活质量评分则较治护前有着明显升高,研究组与对照组相比评分更高(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺增生的治疗及护理中,应用乳腺治疗仪治疗及采取相应的护理措施,可以较为明显地缩短治护后症状缓解时间,减少并发症的发生,提升治护效果与患者对治护的满意率,并有效的降低患者在治护后的负性情绪,改善生活质量,效果理想。

Objective To observe the curative effect of mammary gland therapeutic instrument in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia and nursing research and analysis.Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital(January 2019 to June 2019)were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group,30 patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing,and the other 30 patients in the study group received breast therapy and corresponding nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment and nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and the symptom relief time,the occurrence of complications and the satisfaction rate of patients after treatment and nursing were evaluated,and the negative emotions and quality of life scores before and after treatment and nursing were counted.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and a higher nursing satisfaction rate score was obtained(P<0.05).The score of negative emotion in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment and nursing of mammary gland hyperplasia,the application of mammary gland therapeutic apparatus and corresponding nursing measures can significantly shorten the symptom relief time after treatment and nursing,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the treatment and nursing effect and the satisfaction rate of patients with treatment and nursing,and effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients after treatment and nursing,improve the quality of life,the effect is ideal.
