佛山市顺德区无偿献血意愿现状分析及招募方法应用研究

Current Situation Analysis of Unpaid Blood Donation Willingness and Application of Recruitment Methods In Shunde District of Foshan

目的探讨佛山市顺德区无偿献血意愿现状分析及招募方法应用研究。方法随机选取佛山市顺德区458无偿献血者和457名公众作为调查对象,年龄均在18~60周岁,采用自制调查问卷方式收集调查对象的基本信息以及对无偿献血的意愿情况,同时探讨新媒体在无偿献血招募的可行性。结果单因素分析显示,无偿献血者与社会公众的性别、年龄比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无偿献血者与社会公众的公众献血的相关因素与职业、使用最多的自媒体平台、看/听过的无偿献血宣传内容、更易接受的招募献血方式、参加献血次数、影响继续参加无偿献血的因素、提高无偿献血参与度的方式比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论佛山市顺德区无偿献血存在的问题在于宣传力度不够,应针对不同的影响因素制定合适的招募策略,壮大无偿献血者队伍,推动无偿献血事业有序持续发展。

Objective To explore and analyze current situation of unpaid blood donation willingness and application of recruitment methods in Shunde District,Foshan.Methods The paper chose 458 unpaid blood donors and 457 people of the public in Shunde District,Foshan as survey objects,aged 18-60,collected basic information and willingness to donate blood by means of self-made questionnaire,and discussed feasibility of new media recruitment in unpaid blood donation.Results Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender and age between unpaid blood donors and the public,(P>0.05).Comparison of related factors of unpaid blood donors and the public,with occupation,most used We media platform,content of unpaid blood donation publicity seen/heard,more acceptable way of blood recruitment and donation,blood donation times,factors affecting continued participation in unpaid blood donation and ways to improve participation in unpaid blood donation showed statistically significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem of unpaid blood donation in Shunde District of Foshan lies in insufficient publicity.It is necessary to formulate appropriate recruitment strategies according to different influencing factors,expand team of unpaid blood donors,promote orderly and sustainable development of unpaid blood donation.
