骨创伤治疗仪辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者的临床价值

Clinical Value of Bone Trauma Therapeutic Instrument in Adjuvant Treatment of Traumatic Fracture Patients

目的探讨骨创伤治疗仪辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者的临床价值。方法将2020年1~12月在我院骨科治疗的106例创伤性下肢骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用骨创伤治疗仪辅助治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、治疗时间、血清因子水平变化、疼痛及膝关节功能变化。结果观察组治疗有效率,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消肿时间、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后EGF、TGF-β1、VEGF水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分明显高于对照组,VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨创伤治疗仪辅助治疗创伤性骨折患者的临床价值显著,能有效加快骨痂形成及骨折愈合速度,减轻机体应激反应,有效缓解疼痛与肿胀,改善膝关节功能,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore clinical value of bone trauma therapeutic instrument in adjuvant treatment of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with traumatic lower limb fracture treated in orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment.on The basis,observation group was treated with bone trauma therapeutic instrument.Clinical effect,treatment time,changes of serum factor level,pain and knee function of two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of observation group was,significantly higher than of control group(P<0.05);detumescence time,callus formation time and fracture healing time in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,(P<0.05);EGF and TGF-β1 and VEGF level in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Lysholm knee scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group,VAS pain scores were significantly lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone trauma therapeutic instrument can achieve significant clinical value in adjuvant treatment of traumatic fracture patients,can accelerate formation of callus and fracture healing speed effectively,reduce stress response of body,alleviate pain and swelling effectively,and improve function of knee joint,which is of positive clinical significance.
