摘要
目的探讨拔牙位点保存技术在种植牙治疗中的应用效果。方法将2019年4月-2020年4月于本院就诊的94例口腔种植患者应用双色球分组法平分为对照组和观察组,单组各47例。两组均于种植治疗开始前进行拔牙处理;在此基础上,为对照组患者进行拔牙后常规修复处理伤口,为观察组患者进行拔牙后位点保存治疗。对比两组接受治疗后的种植成功率、牙槽骨高度、宽度及吸收情况,同时比较两组治疗后的种植牙美观效果及治疗满意度。结果治疗后,观察组的种植成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的牙槽骨宽度(10.63±1.92mm)长于对照组,其牙槽骨高度(12.04±1.49mm)高于对照组,其牙槽骨吸收量(0.79±0.13mm)少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的种植牙总美观度(97.87%)明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组的治疗满意度评分(91.45±12.51分)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拔牙位点保存技术在种植牙治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效改善牙槽组织的高度及宽度缺损情况,同时可明显减少牙槽骨吸收量,提升种植牙成功率,并可得到较为理想种植牙美观效果及治疗满意度,上述治疗方法值得进行推广应用。
Objective To explore application effect of extraction site preservation technology in treatment of implant teeth.Methods The paper chose 94 patients with oral implants treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group by two-color ball grouping method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tooth extraction before implant treatment;on the basis,patients in control group were treated with routine repair after tooth extraction,and those in observation group with site preservation after tooth extraction.Implant success rate,alveolar bone height,width and absorption of two groups was compared,aesthetic effect and treatment satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,success rate of planting in observation group(100.00%)was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,alveolar bone width(10.63±1.92mm)of observation group was longer than control group,alveolar bone height(12.04±1.49mm)was higher than control group,alveolar bone absorption(0.79±0.13MM)was less than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,total aesthetics of implant teeth in observation group(97.87%)was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,treatment satisfaction scores of observation group(91.45±12.51)were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extraction site preservation technology can achieve significant application effect in treatment of implant teeth,can improve height and width defect of alveolar tissue effectively,reduce amount of alveolar bone absorption,improve success rate of implant teeth with ideal aesthetic effect and treatment satisfaction degeree of implant teeth,which is worthy of promotion and application.
