高通量血液透析在慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of High Flux Hemodialysis In Treatment of Patients With Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用高通量血液透析治疗的效果。方法选择我院2018年11月-2020年8月收治的36例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为本次实验对象,所有患者均采取高通量血液透析治疗,对比治疗前后的临床效果。结果治疗后患者肾功能指标(UA、BUN、SCr)、血清炎性因子(CRP、TNF-α、SAA)明显优于治疗前;治疗后患者血液净化相关指标(Hey、PTH、AGEs)明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后患者心理指标优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者采取高通量血液透析治疗疗效显著,可以明显改善患者肾功能指标,降低患者体内血清炎性因子,改善患者营养状况,此外,有助于提高整体透析效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate effect of high flux hemodialysis on patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The paper chose 36 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from November 2018 to August 2020 as experimental subjects.All patients were treated with high flux hemodialysis.Clinical effect before and after treatment was compared.Results After treatment,renal function indexes(UA,bun,SCR),serum inflammatory factors(CRP,TNF-α,SAA)was significantly better than before treatment;related indexes of blood purification(hey,PTH,ages)after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,(P<0.05),psychological indexes after treatment were better than before treatment,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion High flux hemodialysis can achieve significant effect for patients with chronic renal failure,can improve renal function index,reduce serum inflammatory factors and improve nutritional status of patients significantly.In addition,it can improve overall dialysis effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
