Quality Control Measures of Medical Clinical Examination

目的分析和探究提高医学临床检验质量的方法和控制措施。方法随机抽取了我院在2019年1月-2020年1月收治的140例患者作为对象进行临床检验质量分析,将其划分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规检验方法,而实验组给予了一系列提高医学临床检验质量控制措施,然后对两组患者的治疗总有效率、检验准确率和满意度进行对比。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率(98.57%)、检验准确率(98.57%)和满意度(100.0%)均高于对照组(88.57%)、(88.57%)、(85.71%),两组患者间的研究所得数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医学临床检验过程中,可以结合实际情况制定一套科学、合理的临床检验质量控制措施,其既可以提高临床检验准确率,而且还可以提高患者的治疗效果和满意度。

Objective To analyze and explore methods and control measures to improve quality of medical clinical examination.Methods The paper chose 140 patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 for clinical test quality analysis,and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with routine test methods,while experimental group with a series of control measures to improve quality of medical clinical test.Total effective rate of two groups,test accuracy and satisfaction degree was compared.Results Total effective rate(98.57%),test accuracy(98.57%)and satisfaction degree(100.0%)of experimental group were higher than control group(88.57%),(88.57%)and(85.71%).difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During process of medical clinical examination,we can formulate a set of scientific and reasonable clinical examination quality control measures in combination with actual situation,to improve accuracy of clinical examination,and treatment effect and satisfaction degree of patients.
