摘要
目的分析超声检测NT增厚与静脉导管频谱异常在胎儿复杂心脏畸形筛查中的应用对降低缺陷儿出生率的价值。方法以确诊复杂心脏畸形胎儿100例为对象,研究时间为2019年1月-2020年6月,在产前实施NT厚度、静脉导管多普勒超声监测,分析超声检测NT增厚与静脉导管频谱异常情况。结果100例患儿中,NT增厚检出93例,占比93.00%;静脉导管频谱异常94例,占比94.00%。NT增厚率与静脉导管频谱异常比较,统计学意义不存在(P>0.05)。结论复杂心脏畸形在产前超声检测中,可通过监测NT增厚与静脉导管频谱异常,有效检出疾病,及时采取措施进行干预。
Objective To analyze application value of ultrasonic detection of NT thickening and venous catheter spectrum abnormalities in screening of fetal complex cardiac malformations to reducing birth rate of defective infants.Methods The paper chose 100 fetuses with complex cardiac malformations from January 2019 to June 2020 for study objects.Ultrasonic detection of NT thickening and abnormal spectrum of venous catheter were analyzed after NT thickness and venous catheter Doppler ultrasound monitor before delivery.Results Among 100 children,93 cases of NT thickening were detected,accounting for 93.00%;94 cases had abnormal frequency spectrum of venous catheter,accounting for 94.00%.Abnormal frequency spectrum of venous catheter,NT thickening rate comparison showed no statistical significance,(P>0.05).Conclusion In prenatal ultrasound detection of complex cardiac malformations,NT thickening and abnormal venous catheter spectrum can be monitored to detect disease effectively and take timely measures for intervention.
