临床医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制方法探讨

目的探究影响血液细胞检验质量的因素。方法采用回顾性分析法从检验前样本的采集、检验方法和数据处理等因素对2019年3月-2020年3月我院检验的150份血液样本进行分析。结果血液细胞指标检验结果受到血液的稀释浓度、样本的放置条件和时间等条件的影响。结论影响血液细胞检验的质量的因素有很多种。在临床操作中需重视各个环节、严格按照规范进行以提高检验的准确度。

Objective To explore factors affecting quality of blood cell test.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed 150 blood samples tested in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 from factors of sample collection,test methods and data processing before test.Results Blood cell index test was affected factors of blood dilution concentration,sample placement conditions and time.Conclusion There are many factors affecting quality of blood cell test,it is necessary to pay attention to all links in clinical operation and carry out in strict accordance with specifications to improve test accuracy.
