苯海拉明联合银杏达莫治疗急诊眩晕的临床效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析苯海拉明联合银杏达莫治疗急诊眩晕的临床效果。方法将2020年1~12月收治的100例急诊眩晕患者纳入研究,随机分为两组:联合组(n=50),给予苯海拉明与银杏达莫治疗;对照组(n=50),给予苯海拉明治疗。结果经不同方案治疗后,联合组患者的恶心呕吐缓解时间、指物偏斜缓解时间、站立不稳缓解时间、耳鸣缓解时间均显著短于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);同时联合组患者还以98.00%的临床治疗有效率而显著高于对照组患者的86.00%,以及以6.00%的不良反应发生率而显著低于对照组患者的20.00%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在急诊眩晕患者治疗中联合应用苯海拉明与银杏达莫治疗可以快速改善患者恶心呕吐、指物偏斜、站立不稳、耳鸣等症状,疗效显著的同时安全性还很高,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of diphenhydramine combined with ginkgo dipyridamole in treatment of emergency vertigo.Methods The paper chose 100 cases emergency vertigo patients from January 2020 to December 2020 for study,and divided them into two groups randomly:combined group(n=50)was treated with diphenhydramine and ginkgo dipyridamole;control group(n=50)was treated with diphenhydramine.Results After treatment with different schemes,remission time of nausea and vomiting,finger deviation,standing instability and tinnitus in combined group was significantly shorter than control group,data difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);at the same time,clinical effective rate of combined group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%of control group,data difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of diphenhydramine and ginkgo dipyridamole can improve symptoms of nausea and vomiting,finger deviation,unstable standing,tinnitus and etc in treatment of emergency vertigo patients quickly,with significant curative effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
