分析延续护理对宫颈癌根治术患者生活质量和心理情绪的影响观察

Effect Analysis and Observation of Continuous Nursing on Life Quality and Psychological Emotion of Cervical Cancer Patients With Radical Hysterectomy

目的比较延续护理与常规护理对宫颈癌根治术患者应用效果。方法选取我院2019年3月-2020年10月收治的76例接受宫颈癌根治术患者列入研究中,根据护理原则分为两组(研究组、对照组),平均每组38例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取延续护理。对比不同护理方法生活质量影响、心理情绪、血清炎性因子、护理满意度。结果研究组生理、情感、社会、性功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者心理情绪评分比较具有同质性(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组心理情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-a指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续护理应用于宫颈癌根治术中有利于促进康复,消除不良情绪,改善患者生活。

Objective To compare application effect of continuous nursing and routine nursing on cervical cancer patients with radical hysterectomy.Methods The paper chose 76 cases cervical cancer patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 for study,and divided them into two groups(study group and control group)according to nursing principle,with an average of 38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing and study group with continuous nursing.Effect of different nursing methods on life quality,psychological emotion,serum inflammatory factors and nursing satisfaction degree was compared.Results Scores of physiological,emotional,social and sexual functions in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,psychological and emotional scores of two groups were homogeneous(P<0.05).After nursing,psychological and emotional scores of study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Indexes of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-a in study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Total satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing is conducive to promote rehabilitation,eliminate bad emotions and improve life quality of patients in radical operation of cervical cancer.
