循证护理在ICU患者肠内营养支持并发腹泻治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Evidence-Based Nursing In Treatment of ICU Patients With Enteral Nutrition Support Complicated With Diarrhea

目的研究循证护理在ICU患者肠内营养支持并发腹泻治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月本院收治的66例ICU肠内营养支持并发腹泻患者为研究对象,采取随机法分为对照组和观察组,各33例,对照组护理措施为常规护理;观察组护理措施为循证护理。对比两组疗效情况。结果观察组各项营养指标情况和腹泻时间均优于对照组,且并发症率也比对照组低,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组满意度比对照组高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的肠内营养支持治疗并发腹泻现象的知识掌握度明显高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU患者肠内营养支持并发腹泻患者通过循证护理干预,不仅能缩短腹泻时间,改善营养状况,还能减少并发症,提高满意度。

Objective To study effect of evidence-based nursing in treatment of diarrhea patients with enteral nutrition support in ICU.Methods The paper chose 66 cases diarrhea patients complicated by enteral nutrition support in ICU in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and observation group with evidence-based nursing.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Nutritional indexes and diarrhea time in observation group were better than control group,complication incidence was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);at the same time,satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Knowledge of enteral nutrition support treatment complicated with diarrhea in observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention can shorten diarrhea time,improve nutritional status,reduce complications and improve satisfaction degree of diarrhea patients with enteral nutrition support in ICU.
