改良球囊扩张术治疗脑卒中咽期启动延迟的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Modified Balloon Dilation in the Treatment of Cerebral Apoplexy with Delayed Pharyngeal Start

目的探讨改良球囊扩张术在脑卒中咽期启动延迟患者治疗中的使用对治疗效果及吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2021年10月在我院接受治疗的80例脑卒中咽期启动延迟患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,分别命名为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用改良球囊扩张术进行治疗,对两组治疗效果、治疗前后吞咽功能进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VFSS吞咽障碍评分较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分明显降低(P<0.05),观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中咽期启动延迟患者治疗中改良球囊扩张术的应用能够有效改善患者吞咽功能,临床使用效果较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified balloon dilation on the therapeutic effect and swallowing function in patients with stroke with delayed pharyngeal start.Methods Eighty cases of stroke patients with delayed pharyngeal onset treated in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,which were respectively named as the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with modified balloon dilation on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect and swallowing function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of VFSS dysphagia in two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of stroke patients with delayed pharyngeal start,the application of modified balloon dilation can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients,and the clinical effect is good.
