脾肾亏虚型泄泻的中医辨证治疗

Treatment of Diarrhea of Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney with TCM Syndrome Differentiation

目的分析在脾肾亏虚型泄泻患者的临床治疗中对患者采取中医辨证治疗的临床疗效。方法将本院脾肾亏虚型泄泻患者共60例作为本次研究对象,分为观察组(采用中医辨证治疗)和对照组(采用常规治疗),分析患者在分别治疗后的临床疗效、大便次数、大便恢复正常时间以及泄泻改善时间、中医症候积分。结果在两组患者分别干预后分析患者的临床疗效可见,观察组患者明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);在两组患者分别治疗后观察患者大便次数、大便恢复正常时间以及泄泻改善时间可见,观察组患者的大便次数明显更低,大便恢复正常时间以及泄泻改善时间明显更短,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者中医症候积分明显更低,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在脾肾亏虚型泄泻患者的临床治疗中对患者采取中医辨证治疗可有效提高患者的临床疗效,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of patients with diarrhea due to deficiency of the spleen and kidney.Methods A total of 60 patients with diarrhea due to deficiency of the spleen and kidney in our hospital were divided into observation group(using traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment)and control group(using conventional treatment).Analyze the clinical efficacy,the number of stools,the time to return to normal stool,the time to improve diarrhea,and the TCM syndrome scores after the patients were treated separately.Results Analysis of the clinical efficacy of the patients after the intervention of the two groups of patients showed that the patients in the observation group were significantly higher,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stool frequency,stool return to normal time and diarrhea improvement time of the two groups were observed.It can be seen that the stool frequency of the observation group was significantly lower,the stool return to normal time and diarrhea improvement time were significantly shorter,and the comparative statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with diarrhea due to deficiency of spleen and kidney,the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
