个性化疼痛护理在缓解妇科腹腔镜术后非切口性疼痛中应用的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Personalized Pain Nursing in Relieving Non Incision Pain after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析在缓解妇科腹腔镜术后非切口性疼痛中,应用个性化疼痛护理的实施效果。方法选取我院于2020年6月-2021年6月收治的患者46例进行分析,随机分为两组,对照组用常规护理,观察组用个性化疼痛护理。对比两组患者的护理情况,包括两组患者的疼痛发生率、重度疼痛占比、术前术后疼痛评分、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量评分、治疗依从率及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的非切口性疼痛发生率明显比对照组低,重度疼痛发生率低于对照组患者,两组差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者在术前的VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),在术后12h、24h后对患者的疼痛度进行评分,观察组患者VAS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的治疗依从率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在缓解妇科腹腔镜术后给予患者个性化疼痛护理能有效缓解患者非切口性疼痛的发生,应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the implementation effect of personalized pain nursing in relieving non incision pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Forty-six patients in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group with personalized pain nursing.The nursing conditions of the two groups were compared.Including the incidence of pain,the proportion of severe pain,preoperative and postoperative pain score,anxiety and depression score,quality of life score,treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of non incision pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of severe pain was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The pain degree of the patients was scored 12hours and 24hours after operation.The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized pain care after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can effectively alleviate the occurrence of non incision pain.The application effect is significant and worthy of popularization.
