观察喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍的临床疗效及安全性

Observe the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Quetiapine Combined with Magnesium Valproate in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder

目的探究喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗双相情感障碍的临床疗效及安全性。方法共计纳入300例双相情感障碍的病症患者进行统计,将所有患者分对照组和观察组,各150例,对照组患者给予氯硝西泮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者给予喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗,以所有患者在用药后的整体疗效差异、治疗前后的狂躁指标和抑郁指标变化和血清指标以及治疗后的不良反应作为对比标准。结果由组间患者治疗后的疗效差异对比:观察组治疗后高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组接受治疗后两项指标均低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);由组间患者用药后的不良反应率对比:观察组低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过针对双相情感障碍患者进行用药过程中,以喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁缓释片进行治疗的疗效较氯硝西泮联合丙戊酸镁缓释片的效果更高,患者各项情绪指标可得到有效控制,改善患者血清指标,用药后的不良反应较低,安全性更高,值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 300 patients with bipolar disorder were counted,and all patients were divided into control group and observation group,each with 150 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with clonazepam combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets.The difference in overall efficacy of all patients after medication,changes in manic and depression indicators before and after treatment,serum indicators,and adverse reactions after treatment were used as comparison standards.Results From the comparison of the difference in the efficacy of patients after treatment between the groups:The observation group is higher than the control group after treatment,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After the observation group received treatment,the two indicators were lower than those of the control group,and the difference in data was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the comparison of the adverse reaction rate of patients between the groups:The observation group was lower than the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of medication for patients with bipolar disorder,the efficacy of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets is higher than that of clonazepam combined with magnesium valproate sustained-release tablets.The emotional indicators can be effectively controlled,and the patient’s serum indicators can be improved.The adverse reactions after medication are lower and the safety is higher.It is worthy of widespread promotion.
