腹腔热灌注化疗在晚期卵巢癌治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Perfusion Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

目的分析和探究在晚期卵巢癌治疗中应用腹腔热灌注化疗的方法及效果。方法随机抽取了2019年2月-2020年2月邯郸市中心医院收治的100例晚期卵巢癌患者作为对象进行研究,将其划分为两组,即对照组50例和实验组50例,对照组给予常规肿瘤细胞减灭手术治疗,而实验组患者在对照组的基础上又给予了腹腔热灌注化疗,然后对其治疗结果进行对比。结果实验组患者的CAl25疗效(98.0%)、腹水疗效(98.0%)、肛门排气时间、腹胀、有无发热等指标均好于对照组(90.0%)、(90.0%),同时实验组患者的复发率(6.0%)、不良反应发生率(8.0%)均低于对照组(24.0%)、(20.0%),而生存率(92.0%)高于对照组(80.0%)。结论在对晚期卵巢癌患者临床治疗过程中,在常规肿瘤细胞减灭手术的基础上辅以腹腔热灌注化疗,既可以有效改善患者的临床症状和指标,而且还可以降低复发率和不良反应发生率,提高患者的生存率。

Objective To analyze and explore the method and effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods 100 cases of advanced ovarian cancer patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,namely the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given conventional tumor cell reduction surgery,while the experimental group was given intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on the basis of the control group,and then the treatment results were compared.Results The efficacy of CA125,ascites,anal exhaust time,abdominal distension,fever and other indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.At the same time,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the survival rate was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,on the basis of conventional cytoreductive surgery supplemented with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and indicators of patients,but also can reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate,improve the survival rate of patients.
