加味大柴胡汤联合化疗对晚期胆道肿瘤压迫引起的梗阻性黄疸的治疗效果

Effect of Modified Dachaihu Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Obstructive Jaundice Caused by Compression of Advanced Biliary Tumor

目的评价分析治疗晚期胆道肿瘤压迫引发梗阻性黄疸采用加味大柴胡汤联合化疗的临床效果。方法纳入60例我院于2019年9月-2021年9月间收治的患者进行研究,均为胆道肿瘤晚期因压迫引起梗阻性黄疸患者,随机数表法作为分组工具,形成对照组(n=30例,化疗治疗)、观察组(n=30例,化疗联合加味大柴胡汤),比较治疗效果、不良反应发生率及生化指标水平变化[谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组4项生化指标水平无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对晚期胆道肿瘤压迫引发的梗阻性黄疸采用加味大柴胡汤联合化疗治疗具有更显著的临床效果,在中药的辅助作用下,不良反应减少、加速生化指标数的恢复,改善患者机体功能,建议进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of modified Dachaihu decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of obstructive jaundice caused by compression of advanced biliary tract tumor.Methods Sixty patients admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were included in the study,all of whom were patients with obstructive jaundice caused by compression in advanced biliary tract tumor.The random number table method was used as the grouping tool to form the control group(n=30 cases,chemotherapy treatment)and the observation group(n=30 cases,chemotherapy combined with modified dachaihudecoction).The therapeutic effect,the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of biochemical indexes[AST,ALT,TBIL,DBIL]were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in 4 biochemical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified dachaihu decoction combined with chemotherapy has a more significant clinical effect for the treatment of obstructive jaundice caused by the compression of advanced biliary tract tumor.With the assistance of traditional Chinese medicine,adverse reactions can be reduced,the recovery of biochemical indexes can be accelerated,and the body function of patients can be improved.It is suggested to be further promoted.
