慢性萎缩性胃炎给予益气健脾汤联合西药治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)联合常规西药与益气健脾汤进行治疗的效果。方法将2018年6月-2020年6月在我院接受治疗的慢性AG患者共210例作为本次研究对象,将治疗方式差异作为分组依据将其分为对照组(105例,常规西药)与观察组(105例,常规西药+益气健脾汤),对比分析两组临床效果。结果比较两组症状积分:治疗前两组无显著差异,而观察组治疗后的评分更低,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组炎性指标比较:治疗后观察组的IL-6、CRP、TNF-α等炎性指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较:观察组治疗总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组不良反应发生率:两组患者用药后部分患者出现不同程度的皮疹、胸闷、恶心等不良反应,其中观察组发生率(4例,3.81%)与对照组(6例,5.71%)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.420,P=0.517)。结论中西医结合是临床疾病治疗的新方向,针对AG疾病,在常规西药治疗中辅以中药益气健脾汤,可以在患者症状缓解中发挥更积极的作用,同时不会增加不良反应。

Objective To study the effect of chronic atrophic gastritis(AG)combined with conventional western medicine and Yiqi Jianpi Decoction.Methods A total of 210 patients with chronic AG who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(105 cases,conventional Western Medicine)and observation group(105 cases,conventional western medicine+Yiqi Jianpi Decoction)according to the difference of treatment methods.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The score of symptoms in the two groups was compared:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,while the score of observation group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Comparison of inflammatory indexes between the two groups:After treatment,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α and other inflammatory indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared:After the two groups of patients were treated with the drug,some patients experienced different degrees of adverse reactions such as rash,chest tightness,and nausea.Among them,the incidence of the observation group(4 cases,3.81%)was compared with the control group(6 cases,5.71%),and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.420,P=0.517).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is a new direction in the treatment of clinical diseases.For AG disease,supplementing traditional western medicine treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Jianpi Tang can play a more active role in the relief of patients’symptoms without increasing adverse reactions.
