小剂量盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产手术疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Low Dose Ropivacaine Hydrochloride Combined with Sufentanil on Cesarean Section

目的探析剖宫产实施小剂量盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼的手术疗效。方法于靖江市新桥城医院2019年2月-2020年12月接收的剖宫产产妇中筛选出54例为研究样本,按照随机数字表法将其分成观察组(实施小剂量盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉)与对照组(实施罗哌卡因麻醉),每组均有27例病患,然后统计、研究及对比2组的手术临床指标、术后疼痛评分及新生儿APgar评分等变化。结果与对照组进行对比,观察组产妇麻醉效果、麻醉30min心率、麻醉30min血压、术后疼痛评分、新生儿APgar评分均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产实施小剂量盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼麻醉,手术疗效显著。

Objective To explore surgical effect of low-dose ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil for cesarean section.Methods The paper chose 54 pregnant women received cesarean section in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 as research samples,and divided them into observation group(anaesthetized with low-dose ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil)and control group(ropivacaine anesthesia)randomly,27 cases in each group.Changes of surgical clinical indexes,postoperative pain scores and neonatal Apgar scores in two groups were counted,studied and compared.Results Maternal anesthesia effect,30min heart rate,30min blood pressure,postoperative pain scores and neonatal Apgar scores in observation group were significantly better than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil anesthesia can achieve significant effect for cesarean section.
