研究孟鲁司特钠与抗生素联合应用于儿科呼吸系统反复感染的临床治疗效果

Clinical Curative Effect Study of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Antibiotics in Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Infection in Pediatrics

目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合抗生素药物实施在儿科呼吸系统反复感染治疗中所取得的疗效,为儿科治疗提供参考。方法研究选择苏州市吴中区甪直人民医院在2019年1月-2020年12月儿科接诊的84例呼吸系统反复感染患儿作为研究对象,采用分组对照的研究方式,分成研究组42例和对照组42例。研究组:采用孟鲁司特钠联合抗生素治疗,对照组:仅应用抗生素治疗。对比指标:两组患儿治疗总有效率;各项症状消失时间;治疗后炎性指标。结果经过治疗后,研究组患儿的治疗效果显著优于对照组;研究组患儿症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿的炎性指标数据优于对照组,有差异对比。结论在儿科呼吸系统反复感染的治疗中,选择孟鲁司特钠联合抗生素药物进行治疗可促进患儿症状好转,减轻炎性指标,患儿获得了非常好的恢复效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze curaitve effect of montelukast sodium combined with antibiotics in treatment of recurrent respiratory infection in pediatrics,to provide reference for pediatric treatment.Methods The paper chose 84 children with recurrent respiratory infection treated in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 as research objects,and divided them into 42 cases in study group and 42 cases in control group.Study group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with antibiotics,and control group with antibiotics only.Comparison indexes:total effective rate of two groups,disappearance time of various symptoms,inflammatory indexes after treatment.Results After treatment,Treatment effect of study group was significantly better than control group;disappearance time of symptoms in study group was shorter than control group,with difference of comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion In treatment of recurrent respiratory infection in pediatrics department,montelukast sodium combined with antibiotics can improve symptoms and reduce inflammatory indexes of children,with good recovery effect,which is worthy of promotion.
