多西环素联合热毒宁注射液与单用多西环素治疗恙虫病疗效对比

Effect Comparison of Doxycycline Combined with Reduning Injection and Doxycycline Only in Treatment of Tsutsugamushi Disease

目的探究多西环素联合热毒宁注射液治疗恙虫病的疗效。方法选取肇庆市封开县中医院于2018年1月-2020年12月收治的92例恙虫病患者进行回顾性分析,根据患者入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组单用多西环素治疗,观察组给予多西环素联合热毒宁注射液治疗。比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效、血流动力各指标及出院、退热及肝损害恢复时间。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组WBC、HR、NEU%水平低于对照组,ALB、MAP水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院时间、退热天数及肝损害恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多西环素联合热毒宁注射液应用于恙虫病患者可显著改善血液动力,其治愈率高于单用多西环素注射液治愈率。

Objective To explore curaitve effect of doxycycline combined with Reduning injection in treatment of tsutsugamushi disease.Methods The paper chose 92 patients with tsutsugamushi disease in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 fro retrospective analysis,and divided them into control group and observation group according to admission order.Control group was treated with doxycycline only,and observation group with doxycycline combined with Reduning injection.Clinical effect,hemodynamic indexes and recovery time of discharge,antipyretic and liver damage were compared between two groups.Results Total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),levels of WBC,HR and neu%in observation group were lower than control group,levels of ALB and map were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with reduning injection can improve hemodynamics of patients with tsutsugamushi disease significantly,with higher cure rate than doxycycline injection only.
