奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道出血的效果探讨

Effect Discussion of Octreotide Combined with Pantoprazole on Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的讨论上消化道出血疾病应用奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗效果。方法选择60例淮安市淮安医院上消化道出血疾病患者展开分析,收治时间:2020年2月-2021年1月,以收治时间的先后顺序将患者分为常规组和治疗组,一组30例,所有患者均采取基础治疗,以此为前提,常规组使用泮托拉唑疗法,治疗组使用奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗方案,比较二组患者的出血量、输血量、止血及住院用时等临床指标,以及不良反应情况和临床疗效。结果治疗组的临床指标,即患者的住院天数、止血用时、总输血量及总出血量均少于常规组(P<0.05);治疗组用药期间的不良反应发生率为6.67%,小于常规组50.00%的总发生率(P<0.05);治疗组临床总疗效为93.33%,大于常规组53.33%的总疗效(P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血疾病患者的临床治疗工作可以选择奥曲肽与泮托拉唑联合疗法,止血效果显著,可以促进患者病情的好转速率,这对于保护患者身心健康具有积极重要意义。

Objective To discuss curative effect of octreotide combined with pantoprazole on upper gastrointestinal bleeding diseases.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding diseases in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 for analysis,and divided them into routine group and treatment group according to treatment sequence,30 cases in each group.All cases were treated with basic treatment,on the basis,routine group was treated with pantoprazole therapy,treatment group with octreotide combined with pantoprazole.Clinical indexes including bleeding volume,blood transfusion volume,hemostasis and length of stay,as well as adverse reactions and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Results Clinical indexes in treatment group,including length of stay,hemostasis time,total blood transfusion volume and total bleeding volume,were less than routine group,(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 6.67%,less than 50.00%in routine group,(P<0.05).Total clinical effect in treatment group was 93.33%,higher than 53.33%in routine group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Octreotide and pantoprazole combined therapy can achieve significant hemostatic effect in clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding diseases,can promote good condition of patients,with positive and important significance for protecting physical and mental health and life safety of patients.
