中风偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment for Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨综合性康复治疗中风偏瘫的效果。方法将2017年1月-2021年1月收治的56例中风偏瘫患者作为观察样本,按1∶1比例分组,观察组给予综合性康复治疗,对照组采用常规康复治疗,对比治疗前后活动能力(ADL)评分、肢体(FMA)运动功能、生活自理能力(Barthel)指数、生活质量评分。结果治疗后观察组ADL评分、FMA评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);与此同时,数据统计结果显示,治疗后Barthel指数、生活质量评分指标对比后,观察组均比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经缺损程度(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,认知功能(MMSE)评分则比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论采用综合性康复治疗方法为中风偏瘫患者提供治疗,可改善肢体功能,强化活动能力,并且降低神经功能缺损程度,提高患者认知功能,对患者预后具有明显促进作用。

Objective To explore effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose 56 patients with stroke hemiplegia from January 2017 to January 2021,and divided them into groups at a ratio of 1:1.Observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and control group with routine rehabilitation treatment.Activity ability(ADL)scores,limb(FMA)motor function,living self-care ability(Barthel)index and life quality scores were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,ADL scores and FMA scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05);at the same time,statistical results showed that Barthel Index and life quality scores in observation group were higher than control group after treatment(P<0.05);scores of nerve defect degree(NIHSS)in observation group were lower than control group after treatment,scores of cognitive function(MMSE)were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can improve limb function,strengthen activity ability,reduce degree of neurological deficit,improve cognitive function,and promote prognosis of stroke patients with hemiplegia significantly.
