软式内镜清洗消毒监控管理中采取信息技术对提高应用效果的观察

Application Effect Observation on Information Technology in Monitoring and Managing Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopes

目的分析信息技术在软式内镜清洗消毒监控管理中的应用效果。方法广东省高州市人民医院于2019年4月在软式内镜清洗消毒监控管理中采用信息技术开展工作,为调查其实际应用效果,由我院4名工作人员在2019年1月-2020年12月,同时采用信息技术方法(研究组)与人工方式(对比组)开展信息记录工作,每组随机抽查40件样本,观察清洗消毒记录时间,分析资料完整情况、清洗消毒合格率。结果对比组支气管镜记录时间、胃镜记录时间、十二指肠镜记录时间、肠镜记录时间均高于研究组(P<0.05);对比组资料完整度为87.50%,研究组资料完整度为100.00%(P<0.05);对比组软式内镜清洗消毒合格率明显低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论利用信息技术监控管理软式内镜清洗消毒相关工作,能够更加准确地控制软式内镜清洗消毒记录时间,提高工作效率,提升资料记录完整度,强化监控管理工作,清洗消毒合格率更高。

Objective To analyze application effect of information technology in monitoring and management of soft endoscope cleaning and disinfection.Methods Our hospital carried on monitoring and management of soft endoscope cleaning and disinfection with information technology in April 2019.To investigate practical application effect,4 staff members of our hospital carried on information recording with information technology methods(research group)and manual mode(control group)at the same time from January 2019 to December 2020.40 samples were selected randomly in each group,cleaning and disinfection record time was observed,data integrity and qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection was analyzed.Results Recording time of bronchoscopy,gastroscopy,duodenoscopy and enteroscopy in control group was higher than study group(P<0.05);data integrity of control group was 87.50%,that of study group was 100.00%,P<0.05;qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of soft endoscopes in control group was significantly lower than study group,P<0.05.Conclusion Information technology can control recording cleaning and disinfection time of soft endoscopes accurately,improve work efficiency,data records integrity,strengthen monitoring and management during monitoring and managing related work of cleaning and disinfection of soft endoscopes,with high qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection.
