PCT、CRP及WBC检测在诊断肺炎中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of PCT CRP And WBC in Diagnosis of Pneumonia

目的分析PCT、CRP及WBC检测在诊断肺炎中的应用价值。方法以2019年7月-2020年7月收治的50337例肺炎诊断患者为研究对象,其中,细菌感染者25156例,非细菌感染者25181例,为两组患者进行临床诊断分析,对比其诊断结果,观察PCT、CRP、WBC检测结果,同时对比三者检测灵敏度,并且分析诊断符合率。结果两组患者PCT、CRP及WBC检测结果比较有差异(P<0.05),细菌感染组指标明显高于非细菌感染组,且两组患者PCT、CRP及WBC检测灵敏度对比有差异(P<0.05),细菌感染组灵敏度明显高于非细菌感染组,同时两组患者PCT、CRP及WBC诊断符合率对比有差异(P<0.05),细菌感染组诊断符合率明显高于非细菌感染组。结论在肺炎诊断中,以PCT、CRP及WBC检测作为诊断的依据是具有可行性的,经诊断分析后得出,上述诊断方式应用的灵敏度较高,尤其是在细菌性肺炎诊断上更是具有明显优势,所以可推广该诊断方法。

Objective To analyze value of PCT,CRP and WBC in diagnosis of pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 50337 patients with pneumonia diagnosed from July 2019 to July 2020 as research objects,including 25156 patients with bacterial infection and 25181 patients with non bacterial infection.Clinical diagnosis between two groups were analyzed,diagnostic results were compared,detection results of PCT,CRP and WBC were observed,detection sensitivity was compared,and diagnostic coincidence rate was analyzed.Results There were differences in PCT,CRP and WBC results between two groups(P<0.05).Indexes in bacterial infection group were significantly higher than non bacterial infection group,there was difference in sensitivity of PCT,CRP and WBC between two groups(P<0.05).Sensitivity of bacterial infection group was significantly higher than non bacterial infection group.At the same time,there was difference in diagnostic coincidence rates of PCT,CRP and WBC between two groups,(P<0.05),diagnostic coincidence rate of bacterial infection group was significantly higher than non bacterial infection group.Conclusion In diagnosis of pneumonia,it is feasible to use PCT,CRP and WBC as diagnosis basis.After diagnostic analysis,it is concluded that above diagnostic methods have high sensitivity,especially in diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia,which can be promoted.
