早期营养护理对食管癌根治术后患者免疫功能及营养状况的影响

Effect of Early Nutritional Nursing on Immune Function and Nutritional Status of Patients After Radical Esophagectomy

目的探讨早期营养护理干预食管癌根治术后患者免疫功能及营养状况的影响。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2017年9月-2020年9月收治的100例食管癌根治术后患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组(n=50),对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施早期营养护理干预,对比两组的肠胃功能指标恢复、免疫功能指标水平、营养指标水平。结果护理干预后,研究组排便时间、肛门恢复排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05)。各项指免疫功能指标水平均有提升,且研究组指标水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各项营养状况指标水平均有提升,且研究组指标水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,各项评分均有提升,且研究组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌根治术后患者早期营养护理干预,可使患者促进患者肠胃功能的恢复,提高免疫功能、改善营养状况,整体提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective To explore effect of early nutritional nursing intervention on immune function and nutritional status of patients after radical esophagectomy.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups randomly(n=50).Control group received routine nursing and study group received early nutritional nursing intervention.Recovery of gastrointestinal function index,immune function index level and nutritional index level were compared between two groups.Results After nursing intervention,defecation time,anal exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time in study group was significantly earlier than control group(P<0.05).Level of finger immune function index was improved,that of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Level of nutritional status index was improved,that of study group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,all scores were improved,those of study group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional nursing intervention can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve immune function,nutritional status and overall life quality of esophageal cancer patients after radical resection.
