护理标识在手术室护理风险管理中的应用

目的探讨手术室护理风险管理中应用护理标识的临床作用。方法2017年4月-2020年4月作为收集病例的时间范围,以60例于盐城市大丰人民医院开展手术治疗的患者为主,随机方式分成两个组别,30例设定为对照组,给予的是手术室常规护理模式,30例设定为研究组,给予的是护理标识干预,两组从护理质量、护理不良事件、护患纠纷、护理差错发生率、护理满意度、手术配合率进行比较。结果两组的护理质量:消毒隔离、手术前核对、无菌物品管理、安全制度执行的评分进行对比,其中的研究组各项评分均比对照组高,同时均得到,差异显著(P<0.05);在不良事件发生率的比较上,研究组6.67%远低于对照组26.67%;研究组护理满意度(100%)高于对照组(93.33%);研究组手术配合率(100%)高于对照组(80%);存在统计学差异(P<0.05);经过比较两个组别的护患纠纷发生情况以及护理差错发生情况,均可确定研究组比对照组低,两项数据的差异均为(P<0.05)。结论护理标识应用于手术室护理风险管理中既能够促使手术室护理质量和工作效率的提升,又能够对护理不良事件进行控制,使手术护理配合率以及护理满意度得到保证。

Objective To explore clinical effect of nursing label in nursing risk management in operating room.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,30 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing mode in operating room,and 30 cases in research group with nursing label intervention.Nursing quality,nursing adverse events,nurse-patient disputes,incidence of nursing errors,nursing satisfaction degree and surgical cooperation rate was compared between two groups.Results Nursing quality of disinfection and isolation,preoperative verification,sterile goods management and implementation of safety system was compared between two groups,scores of study group were higher than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05);incidence of adverse eventsin study group 6.67%was much lower than 26.67%in control group;Nursing satisfaction degree of study group(100%)was higher than control group(93.33%);cooperation rate of operation in study group(100%)was higher than control group(80%);P<0.05,wiht significant difference.After comparing occurrence of nurse-patient disputes and nursing errors between two groups,it can be found,that of study group was lower than control group,data difference between two groups showed P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing label can promote improvement of nursing quality and work efficiency in nursing risk management in operating room,control nursing adverse events,to ensure cooperation rate of surgical nursing and nursing satisfaction degree.
