行动导向教学在基础护理学实验教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的关于基础护理学实验教学中应用行动导向教学方式的教学效果进行应用研究分析。方法从临汾职业技术学院选取2018年3月-2019年3月护理学专业学生76名为实验的调查研究对象,根据教学方式均分为对照组和观察组,各38名。对照组采用一般教学,观察组采用行动导向教学,并对比教学结果。结果观察组学生对教学评价的总有效率高于对照组的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作应变能力、独立实施操作项目、临床情景认知度等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后观察组CTDICV评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基础护理学实验教学中应用行动导向教学方式教学效果更好,能提高学生的自学能力、团结协作能力、应变能力、独立实施操作项目能力等,构建良好课堂氛围,适用于临床教学大量的推广和使用。 Objective To study and analyze teaching effect of action oriented teaching method in experimental teaching of basic nursing.Methods The paper chose 76 nursing students from March 2018 to March 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group of experiment.according to the teaching method,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with general teaching and observation group with action oriented teaching.Teaching effect was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of teaching evaluation of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference;scores of operational adaptability,independent implementation of operational items and recognition of clinical situation in observation group were higher than control group,with statistical difference;after teaching,CTDICV scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Action oriented teaching method can achieve better teaching effect in experimental teaching of basic nursing,can improve self-study ability,unity and cooperation ability,adaptability,independent implementation of operation projects of students,and build good classroom atmosphere,which is suitable for great promotion and application during clinical teaching.
