巴林特小组对临床规培医师岗位应对及医患沟通能力干预效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究临床规培医师应用巴林特小组进行培训后对岗位应对及医患沟通能力的干预效果。方法选择我院临床规培医师30名,选择时间即2020年3月-2021年3月,对所有临床规培医师的培训过程中实施巴林特小组活动,比较实施前后医师的职业倦怠感、负性情绪及医患沟通能力。结果实施巴林特小组活动后,医师职业倦怠及负性情绪评分分值较低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后,临床规培医师的医患沟通能力评分较优,高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论临床规培医师培训期间应用巴林特小组活动之后,医师的岗位应对能力显著升高,职业倦怠感显著下降,医患沟通能力明显改善,有益于促进和谐医患关系的建立,临床应用推广价值突出。 Objective To study intervention effect of Balint group training on post coping and doctor-patient communication ability.Methods The paper chose 30 clinical plan training doctors in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021.Balint group activities were implemented in training process of all clinical plan training doctors,and job burnout and negative attitude of doctors before and after implementation was compared.Results After Balint group activity,Job Burnout and negative emotion scores of doctors were lower than before(P<0.05);after implementation,communication ability scores of doctors were better than before(P<0.05).Conclusion After application of Balint group activities during training of clinical training doctors,post coping ability of doctors increased significantly,job burnout decreased significantly,and doctor-patient communication ability improved significantly,which is beneficial to establishment of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,with value of clinical application promotion.
