规范化培训医师心理健康状况、影响因素及其对策研究

Study on Mental Health Status,Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Standardized Training Doctors

目的分析规范化培训医师心理健康状况,了解影响因素,探讨改变对策。方法以我院接受规范化医师培训的122名住院医师为例,以问卷调查法和文献查阅法总结培训医师存在的心理问题、影响因素,并提出相应的解决对策。统计培训干预效果,研究对象对干预方案及效果满意度。结果在抽样的研究人群当中,有32.79%(40/122)住院医师具有心理健康不佳的表现。影响规范化培训医师心理健康的主要因素有学习工作压力大、临床经验缺乏、心理健康了解不充分等。培训干预总及格率达到92.6%,研究对象对干预方案及效果满意度达到94.3%。结论规培医师整体心理健康状况不容乐观,在应对措施上需要缓解规范化培训医师的学习工作压力,增强其对心理健康的重视程度。

Objective To analyze mental health status of standardized training doctors,understand influencing factors and explore change countermeasures.Methods With example of 122 residents with standardized training in our hospital,the paper summarized their psychological problems and influencing factors by questionnaire and literature review,and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Effect of training intervention,satisfaction degree of subjects with intervention scheme and effect was statistically analyzed.Results Among sampled study population,32.79%(40/122)showed poor mental health,main factors affecting their mental health included high learning and work pressure,lacking clinical experience,insufficient understanding of mental health and etc.Total pass rate of training intervention was 92.6%,satisfaction degree of research objects with intervention scheme and effect was 94.3%.Conclusion Overall mental health status of standardized training doctors is not optimistic,in terms of coping measures,it is necessary to alleviate their learning and work pressure and enhance their attention to mental health.
