Physical Examination Results Analysis and Health Education Countermeasures of Employees in An Elevator Enterprise in Suzhou In 2018

目的了解某电梯企业职工健康状况,为制定与该企业相适应的健康教育对策提供参考依据。方法选取2018年907名该企业职工保健体检资料作为研究对象,根据相关指标分类汇总整理分析。结果该企业职工健康问题严峻,检出的异常或疾病除屈光不正外以脂肪肝、高血脂等代谢性疾病为主,且以30~39岁人群检出率最高。男性职工健康问题较女性职工严峻。结论该电梯企业职工健康状况不容忽视,应针对主要健康问题,展开多形式健康教育,改善健康状况,提高职工健康水平。

Objective To understand health status of employees in an elevator enterprise and provide reference basis for formulating health education countermeasures suitable for enterprise.Methods The paper chose health examination data of 907 employees of the enterprise in 2018 as research objects,classified,summarized and analyzed them according to relevant indicators.Results Health problems of employees in enterprise were serious.In addition to ametropia,detected abnormalities or diseases were mainly metabolic diseases including fatty liver and hyperlipidemia,and detection rate was the highest among people aged 30~39.Health problems of male employees were more serious than those of female employees.Conclusion Health status of employees in elevator enterprise can not be ignored,multi form health education should be carried out to improve health status and improve health level of employees.
