摘要
目的此次研究的主要目的在于对西南片区多家3甲医院与基层医院医生职业认同水平影响因素进行详细的分析。方法以西南片区多家3甲医院及二级医院作为详细的研究对象,对医生职业认同调查问卷,以及整体社会支持评定量表作为其整体的调查工具,由此分析整体医生在发展过程中所存在的职业认同影响因素。结果在研究中发现,医生职业认同所存在的构建过程中,相应的三级医院所出来的限制都分为(3.47±0.46),与基层医院比相对较高,而三级医院医生所拥有的社会支持总分是其自身职业认同所拥有的主要预测因子,而普通基层医院在发展过程中,其自身所拥有的月收入以及相应的社会支持情况是影响其个人发展以及职业认同的主要因素。结论在当今社会的发展过程中,需要进一步对医生的职业认同感的重要性进行有效的重视,进而使医生在发展过程中能够拥有进一步的优化特性。
Objective The main purpose of this study is to make a detailed analysis of the influencing factors of doctors’professional identity level in many 3A hospitals and grass-roots hospitals in Southwest China.Methods Taking a number of class 3A hospitals and secondary hospitals in Southwest China as the detailed research object,the questionnaire of doctors’professional identity and the overall social support rating scale were used as the overall survey tools,so as to analyze the influencing factors of doctors’professional identity in the development process.Results In the study,it was found that in the construction process of doctors’professional identity,the restrictions of corresponding tertiary hospitals were divided into(3.47±0.46),which was relatively higher than that of grass-roots hospitals.The total score of social support possessed by doctors in tertiary hospitals was the main predictor of their own professional identity,while in the development process of ordinary grass-roots hospitals,Their own monthly income and corresponding social support are the main factors affecting their personal development and professional identity.Conclusion In the development process of today’s society,we need to pay more attention to the importance of doctors’professional identity,so that doctors can have further optimization characteristics in the development process.
