血流限制训练的应用状况及作用机制分析

摘要 目的分析血流限制训练的应用状况及作用机制。方法本研究一共纳入40例实验对象,均为在我院进行膝关节微创手术治疗的患者,研究开展时间2020年6月-2021年6月,按不同的康复模式分为2组,对照组(n=20)实施常规康复训练,观察组(n=20)在对照组的基础上实施血流限制训练,对比两组患者的康复效果,并发症发生率以及功能指标。结果观察组康复总疗效90.00%显著高于对照组60.00%,并发症发生率5.00%显著低于对照组30.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组的活动舒适度评分与标准伸膝肌力对比存在较大差异,且观察组都要优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节微创手术患者在常规康复训练的基础上,实施血流限制训练能取得较好的效果,有助于促使患者加快康复,降低患者发生并发症率的风险,改善患者的关节活动度,值得临床应用。 Objective To analyze the application status and mechanism of blood flow restriction training.Methods A total of 40 experimental subjects were included in this study,all patients undergoing minimally invasive knee surgery in our hospital.The study was carried out from June 2020 to June 2021.They were divided into 2 groups according to different rehabilitation models.The group(n=20)performed routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group(n=20)performed blood flow restriction training on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect,complication rate and functional indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total curative effect of the observation group was 90.00%was significantly higher than that of the control group 60.00%,the complication rate was 5.00%was significantly lower than the control group 30.00%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There is a big difference between the activity comfort score and the standard knee extensor muscle strength,and the observation group is better than the control group,and the difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation training for patients with minimally invasive knee joint surgery,blood flow restriction training can achieve better results,which can help accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the joints of patients The degree of activity is worthy of clinical application.
