中医“治未病”思想在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用

Application of TCM “Preventing Disease” Thought in Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

目前,在以往疫病的诊治中,治未病主要包括未病先防、既病防变以及瘥后防复等多个方面,在目前无确切治疗药物的情况下,运用中医治未病的思想,以气血流通即是补为依据,疏而不堵,以改善患者身体体质,以驱邪外出为主,不以杀毒为目标而治疗。而目前,随着新型冠状病毒肺炎对群众的身体健康危害得到越来越广泛的关注,如何有效提高患者临床疗效,降低治疗后并发症已经成了临床关注的重点。根据患者临床症状、血常规、胸部CT等多项指标结果对患者制定合理的治疗方案是目前中医防治重大传染病关键点。因此,分析中医"治未病"思想在防控新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用十分关键。

At present,in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the past,the treatment of the disease mainly includes the prevention before the disease,the prevention of the change of the existing disease,and the prevention of recovery after the disease.In the absence of definitive treatment drugs,the idea of using Chinese medicine to cure the disease is based on the principle of replenishing the circulation of qi and blood,so as to improve the physical fitness of the patient,to drive away evil spirits,and not to kill poison.At present,as the new type of coronavirus pneumonia has received more and more attention on the health of the people,how to effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients and reduce post-treatment complications has become the focus of clinical attention.According to the patient’s clinical symptoms,blood routine,chest CT and other indicators,formulating a reasonable treatment plan for the patient is the key point for the prevention and treatment of major infectious diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,it is critical to analyze the application of TCM“preventive treatment”thinking in the prevention and control of new coronavirus pneumonia.
