针刺配合中药治疗周围性面瘫38例的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on 38 Cases of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探究针刺配合中药治疗周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法选择本院中医针灸康复科于2016年12月至2020年10月收治的76例周围性面瘫患者,按随机的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组进行中药治疗,观察组进行针刺配合中药进行治疗,观察并对比两组的治疗效果和治疗前后的中医症状疗效评分和面肌功能评分。结果观察组在进行针刺配合中药治疗后的治疗总有效率为97.37%,明显高于仅进行中药治疗的对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的中医症状疗效标准评分为(8.92±2.01)分,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),表明两组在经过治疗后都疗效明显,但观察组患者的疗效更加显著。治疗后观察组患者的改善指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面瘫患者采用针刺配合中药的治疗方式效果明显,可以有效提高周围性面瘫治疗效果,恢复面肌功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Seventy-six patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were treated by the department of acupuncture and rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups,the symptom efficacy score and facial function score before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the standard score of the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the observation group was(8.92±2.01),significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the results showed that the two groups had obvious curative effect after treatment,but the observation group had better effect.The improvement index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of peripheral facial paralysis and restore the function of facial muscles,which is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
