微生物检验在尿路感染预防和诊断治疗中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Microbiological Test in Prevention,Diagnosis and Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的分析在尿路感染的预防及诊断治疗中,通过微生物检验的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于我院进行治疗的尿路感染患者100例进行分析探究,随机分为两组,对照组接受常规诊断,采取抗生素药物进行治疗,观察组则在微生物检验下,为患者选取针对性治疗方式。对两组患者的诊断情况及治疗情况进行对比。包括对比两组的诊断准确率、治疗有效率及生活质量评分。结果观察组的诊断准确率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗措施干预后,两组患者病情均有所减轻,观察组病情改善程度大于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率明显比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无效感染程度明显比对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿路感染的预防及诊断治疗中,通过微生物检验的应用能提升临床诊断准确率,能为患者的临床治疗提供更具针对性的指导,有助于促进患者的恢复,应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of microbiological test in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods One hundred patients with urinary tract infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine diagnosis and antibiotic treatment,while the observation group received targeted treatment under microbiological examination.The diagnosis and treatment of the two groups were compared.Including the comparison of diagnostic accuracy,treatment effectiveness and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention of treatment measures,the condition of the two groups were alleviated,the improvement degree of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of ineffective infection in the observation group was significantly lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of urinary tract infection,the application of microbiological test can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,provide more targeted guidance for the clinical treatment of patients,help to promote the recovery of patients,and has high application value,which is worthy of promotion.
