256层iCT结肠仿真成像在结肠息肉诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值探讨

The Value of 256 Slice iCT Virtual Colonography in the Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Colonic Polyps

目的分析256层iCT结肠仿真成像在结肠息肉诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法将2019年1月至2021年4月酒钢医院接收治疗的结肠息肉患者46例作为本次研究对象,采取256层iCT结肠仿真成像与电子结肠镜检查,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对比分析在两种不同的检查方式下患者疾病诊断准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、灵敏度、特异度、患者对检查的满意度以及患者治疗后复发率。结果两组患者之间疾病诊断准确率对比可见,256层iCT结肠仿真成像诊断的观察组诊断准确率明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者阳性预测值、阴性预测值、灵敏度、特异度明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);检查后,两组患者对检查的舒适满意度评分均较高,观察组患者明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);而在两组患者分别治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组患者的复发率较低,但两组之间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在结肠息肉患者的临床诊断中采用256层iCT结肠仿真成像检查可明显提高患者临床诊断准确率,且与电子结肠镜检查患者均对检查有着较高的满意度,在治疗后患者预后良好,复发率均较低,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the value of 256 slice iCT virtual colon imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of colonic polyps.Methods Forty-six patients with colonic polyps in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 256 slice iCT colonic simulation imaging and electronic colonoscopy were adopted.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The comparison and analysis of the patient’s disease diagnosis accuracy,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,patient satisfaction with the examination,and patient recurrence rate after treatment under two different examination methods.Results The comparison of the accuracy of disease diagnosis between the two groups showed that the accuracy of 256 slice iCT colon simulation imaging diagnosis in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity and specificity of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).After the examination,the comfort satisfaction scores of the two groups were higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower,but the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with colonic polyps,256 slice iCT colon simulation imaging can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,and patients with electronic colonoscopy have a high degree of satisfaction with the examination,the prognosis of patients after treatment is good,the recurrence rate is low,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
