基于项目教学法的病理生理学教学分析

摘要 目的研究分析采用项目教学法进行病理生理学教学的效果。方法随机选取2019~2020年本校医学专业学生160人作为本次研究对象,随机分为两组,分别是对照组和观察组,每组80人。对照组为接受传统方式教学的学生;观察组为接受项目教学法教学的学生;观察对比两组学生的教学效果。结果①两组学生满意度比较:两组学生满意度对比,可以发现观察组学生的满意度明显优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组学生考试结果比较:两组学生理论知识考试结果比较,观察组学生的考试结果明显优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项目教学法应用于病理生理学教育中效果十分理想,通过合理的项目设计和老师的有效引导,加深学生对于病理生理学知识难点重点的理解,通过理论实践的有效结合,有效促进学校学习质量的提升。 Objective To study and analyze the effect of project teaching method in pathophysiology teaching.Methods One hundred and sixty medical students from 2019 to 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,with 80 students in each group.The control group was the students who received the traditional teaching method;The observation group was the students who received the project teaching method;The teaching effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results①Two groups of student satisfaction comparison:Two groups of student satisfaction comparison,we can find that the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Comparison of test results between the two groups:The test results of theoretical knowledge between the two groups showed that the test results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of project teaching method in pathophysiology education is very ideal.Through reasonable project design and effective guidance of teachers,students can deepen their understanding of the difficulties and key points of pathophysiology knowledge,and effectively promote the improvement of school learning quality through the effective combination of theory and practice.
