基于治趣APP的形成性评价在外科学教学中的实践研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨形成性评价在外科学教学中的应用效果。方法本研究采用随机对照试验研究方法。2018年2月至2019年1月,选取湘南学院2015级五年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组。实验组学生除了采用传统教学方法外,加入基于治趣APP的形成性评价的教学方法;对照组学生采用讲授的传统教学方法。评价教学效果是通过外科学期末考试理论考试成绩和调查问卷进行。结果实验组学生的外科学期末考试理论考试成绩高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义,实验组学生在促进对所学知识的理解和掌握、激发了学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、控制面对考试的紧张情绪、了解自身掌握知识的程度及知晓自身的优缺点等方面的评分均高于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形成性评价提高了外科学的教学效果,有助于提高学生的综合能力和自信心。 Objective To explore the application of formative evaluation in surgery teaching.Methods Randomized controlled trial was adopted in this study.clinical medicine of undergraduate in Xiangnan University as the research object form February 2018 to January 2019,and they were divided into experimental group and control group.In addition to the traditional teaching methods,students in the experimental group joined the formative evaluation teaching based on Zhiqu APP,while students in the contorl group adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical examination results of the final surgery examination and questionnaire investigation.Results The theory examination of the final examination score of the examination group was higher than that of the control group.The questionnaire investigation showed that the to promote the understanding and mastery of the learned knowledge,the students’learning interests,autonomous learning ability,nervesness control during the peri-examination period,Understand the extent of knowledge and know their own strengths and weaknesses were better than those in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The formative assessment method can improve the teaching effect of surgery,Students’comprehensive ability and self-confidence.
