参附归七散对多发伤合并休克患者凝血功能及炎症标志物的影响及疗效观察

Effect of Shenfu Guiqi Powder on Coagulation Function and Inflammatory Markers in Patients with Multiple Injuries Complicated with Shock

目的通过对多发伤合并休克患者使用参附归七散进行治疗,观察参附归七散对患者的凝血功能及炎症标志物的影响以及治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表法选取2020年4月至2021年10月我院重症监护室(ICU)收治的多发伤合并休克患者39例,分为两组,即实验组(n=18)和对照组(n=21)。对照组按多发伤诊治指南给予常规处理,实验组在其治疗基础上加用参附归七散颗粒口服。通过不同的治疗措施对比两组患者其临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,实验组与对照组患者在凝血功能指标变化情况以及临床治疗效果均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是经过治疗后两组患者均有所好转,同时实验组患者在凝血功能指标变化情况以及临床治疗效果均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在对多发伤合并休克的重症患者在常规治疗的基础上联合一种中药方剂,不仅能改善异常凝血功能,减少或者避免创伤性凝血病发生,减轻或阻断全身炎性反应,提高重症创伤患者的救治成功率,减轻社会经济负担。

Objective Through the use of Shenfu Guiqi Powder for treatment of patients with multiple injuries and shock,the effects of Shenfu Guiqi Powder on the blood coagulation function and inflammatory markers and the therapeutic effect of the patients were observed.Methods Thirty-nine patients with multiple injuries complicated with shock treated in the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)of our hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=18)and control group(n=21).The control group was given routine treatment according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries,and the experimental group was given Shenfu Guiqi Powder orally on the basis of its treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared through different treatment measures.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the changes of coagulation function indexes and clinical treatment effect between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but the patients in the two groups improved after treatment.At the same time,the changes of coagulation function indexes and clinical treatment effect of the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment of severe patients with multiple trauma complicated with shock,combined with a traditional Chinese medicine prescription can not only improve abnormal coagulation function,reduce or avoid traumatic coagulation disease,reduce or block systemic inflammatory reaction,improve the treatment efficiency of severe trauma patients and reduce the social and economic burden.
