益气健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的 益气健脾汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效观察。方法 研究自医院抽取120例入院CAG治疗患者,时间为2017年1月至2021年1月,按照患者治疗中用药的不同分为人数均等的两组(n=60),其中实施西药为对照组,实施西药联合益气健脾汤为观察组,评估两组患者疗效、中医证候积分、Hp根除率、复发率并对比。结果 疗效比较:与对照组相比,观察组疗效偏高(P<0.05)。症状积分比较:治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分差异小(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者中医证候积分比对照组低(P<0.05)。Hp根除率、复发率比较:观察组Hp根除率偏高,复发率偏低(P<0.05)。不良反应比较:在观察组中腹泻患者1例,占1.67%,总不良反应发生概率为1.67%;对照组中,腹泻例数为3例,占5.00%,头晕例数为3例,占5.00%,恶心呕吐例数为3例,占5.00%,总不良反应发生概率为15.00%;与对照组相比,观察组不良反应偏低。结论 对CAG患者实施益气健脾汤联合西药治疗能够改善疗效,改善症状,增加Hp根除率,减少复发率。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG).Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to hospital for CAG treatment from January 2017 to January 2021 were divided into two groups with equal numbers (n=60) according to the different drugs used in the treatment,in which western medicine was used as the control group and western medicine combined with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction was used as the observation group.The curative effect,TCM syndrome score,Hp eradication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Comparison of efficacy:Compared with the control group,the observation group has a higher efficacy (P<0.05).Comparison of symptom scores:Before treatment,there was little difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Comparison of eradication rate and recurrence rate of Hp:The eradication rate of Hp in observation group was higher,but the recurrence rate was lower (P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions:In the observation group,there was 1 case of diarrhea,accounting for 1.67%,and the total probability of adverse reactions was 1.67%.In the control group,there were 3 cases of diarrhea (5.00%),3 cases of dizziness (5.00%),3 cases of nausea and vomiting (5.00%),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 15.00%.Compared with the control group,the adverse reactions in the observation group were lower.Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with western medicine can improve curative effect,improve symptoms,increase Hp eradication rate and reduce recurrence rate in CAG patients.
