盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的应用与疗效探究

Application and Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis

目的 探究盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的临床应用效果。方法 选择2019年1月-2020年12月在我院进行治疗的慢性支气管炎患者40例随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(常规+盐酸氨溴索治疗),各20例。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 患者的治疗效果比较:观察组的治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。患者的肺功能指标比较:治疗前两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的肺功能指标改善情况更显著(P<0.05)。患者的不良反应发生率比较:观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。患者的炎症指标比较:治疗前两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的炎症指标改善情况显著优于对照组患者,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 将盐酸氨溴索应用于慢性支气管炎的治疗中疗效理想,可以有效改善患者的肺功能指标和炎症指标,且不良反应发生的概率小,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods Forty patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group (conventional treatment) and observation group (conventional + Ambroxol hydrochloride treatment),20 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Comparison of treatment effects of patients:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05).Comparison of pulmonary function indexes:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),but the improvement of pulmonary function indexes in the observation group was more significant after treatment (P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Comparison of inflammatory indexes:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),but after treatment,the improvement of inflammatory indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride used in the treatment of chronic bronchitis has ideal curative effect,can effectively improve the lung function index and inflammatory index of patients,and the probability of adverse reactions is small,the safety is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
