单纯性室间隔缺损心电图特点及其临床意义

Characteristics and Clinical Significance of Electrocardiogram in Simple Ventricular Septal Defect

目的分析探讨单纯性室间隔缺损心电图特点及其临床意义。方法选取我院2018年11月-2019年11月接收治疗单纯性室间隔缺损患者180例,对所有病例的心电图进行分析,将结果与彩色多普勒超声进行对比,将单纯性室间隔缺损患者封堵后的心电图变化类型与出现时间进行分析,并将患者心电图检测发生的异常变化与未发生异常变化患者的肺动脉压力、手术时间、pH值与QP/QS值进行比较。结果①患者心电图检测结果与彩色多普勒超声结果对比:心电图检测结果中,正常者有48例,所占比例最大,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②单纯性室间隔缺损患者封堵后的心电图变化类型与出现时间统计:将单纯性室间隔缺损患者封堵后的心电图变化类型与出现时间进行统计分析,可发现室缺封堵后出现心电图异常的发生时间大部分是处于围手术期,经过后期随访调查,当处于围手术期患者发生心律失常后都会采用激素治疗方法,并且大部分患者所发生的心律失常在一定时间内均可恢复,大部分的持续时间为1~9d,少数患者的持续时间为1~5个月。结论心电图对单纯性室间隔缺损患者具有一定的诊断参考价值,并且检测过程简单,不会涉及身体创伤或禁忌,适合应用于单纯性室间隔缺损的临床诊断中。

Objective To analyze the ECG characteristics and clinical significance of simple ventricular septal defect.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with simple ventricular septal defect in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.The ECG of all patients were analyzed,and the results were compared with color Doppler ultrasound,The pulmonary artery pressure,operation time,pH value and QP/QS value were compared between the patients with abnormal ECG changes and those without abnormal ECG changes.Results①Compared with the results of color Doppler ultrasound,48 cases were normal,accounting for the largest proportion,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Statistics of ECG change types and occurrence time of patients with simple ventricular septal defect after transcatheter closure:Statistical analysis of ECG change types and occurrence time of patients with simple ventricular septal defect after transcatheter closure can find that most of the occurrence time of ECG abnormalities after transcatheter closure is in the perioperative period.After follow-up investigation in the later period,the occurrence time of ECG abnormalities after transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect is in the perioperative period,when patients in the perioperative period have arrhythmias,hormone therapy will be used,and most of the arrhythmias can be recovered in a certain period of time,most of the duration is 1~9days,and a few patients’duration is 1~5 months.Conclusion ECG has a certain diagnostic reference value for patients with simple ventricular septal defect,and the detection process is simple,it does not involve physical trauma or contraindications,so it is suitable for clinical diagnosis of simple ventricular septal defect.
